    Personnel was absolutely fantastic!

    The room was adequate and clean and with nice bed linens, a modern bathroom, for example. The breakfast offered a wide array of appetising meals.

    The hotel's location was secluded, in the Conwy valley. Moreover, it was not far from beautiful grounds and very good for touring North Wale, the beautiful gardens and bay window overlooking the gorgeous gardens. There was plenty of food for breakfast, it was outstanding.

    Everything was excellent, had a very relaxing stay on a business trip to the area. the food was lovely and the bar was inviting. - the location was stunning and the room was clean. - the hotel itself was in a lovely area, just off beautiful grounds, Snowdonia national park, and beautiful gardens and surroundings.

    The staff were absolutely fantastic and wonderful. The location was stunning and super, close to beautiful surroundings and a very picturesque historic castle. The room was clean and had a bathtub. The hotel overlooks gorgeous gardens.

    Fab overall experience. Stunningly beautiful and impressive accommodation with marvellous setting.- Just next door to restaurants and shops, Conwy castle, Snowdon, and the mountains beyond.- Adequate and clean room with a bath overlooking the mountains.- Nice bed linens, as advertised.- Appetising food and warm drinks.
